Sometimes we achieve to a certain point and then can’t seem to move past it. This is a boundary we’ve enacted for some reason, usually to protect ourselves. If we can find it, we can ease ourselves through it. This spread will help you over that boundary. Often we’ll then find a new one. Just rinse and repeat.
